The Emerald Heights Junior Olympics 2025, Day 8 of Skill and Spirit in Indoor Sports

Day 8 of the Emerald Heights Inter-School Junior Olympics 2025 was dedicated to indoor events, showcasing the talents of the young athletes in Squash, Yoga, and Judo.
 

The Squash competition saw both junior and senior participants bring their best skills to the court, with intense matches that highlighted their agility and precision. The Yoga sessions for junior boys and girls were truly inspiring, with the students displaying incredible focus and flexibility as they performed various poses. The Judo competition for junior girls also captivated the audience, as the athletes demonstrated strength, technique, and determination in their bouts.

The day was bright and sunny, complemented by a refreshing cold breeze, which created a pleasant atmosphere for both the participants and spectators. Parents turned out in large numbers to cheer on their children, and the enthusiasm was palpable. School teams, accompanied by their coaches, added to the excitement and energy of the event.
