The Emerald Heights Junior Olympics 2025, Day 7 of Inspiring Performances

Day 7 of the Emerald Heights Inter-School Junior Olympics 2025 was a vibrant and exciting mix of both outdoor and indoor sports. The day featured three outdoor and three indoor sports, with some new events making their debut.

One of the highlights of the day was the Squash competition, which began for boys and girls in classes 3 to 5. It was thrilling to watch the young athletes demonstrate their skills in this fast-paced game. Additionally, the Yoga event for both boys and girls from the sub-junior category was a sight to behold. The little participants displayed incredible focus and balance, with their graceful and artistic poses impressing all who watched.
The Judo competition was another standout, with athletes showcasing strength, skill, and determination in each bout. The level of competition was high, and the performances were truly remarkable.
Throughout the day, there was an overwhelming turnout of parents, all eager to support and encourage their children. The atmosphere was filled with positivity, and the parents’ enthusiasm added to the excitement of the day.
As the day concluded, Basketball, Volleyball and Kho-Kho for the seniors categories came to an end, followed by the Yoga event for the sub-junior category. Winners from all events were duly awarded for their outstanding performances, with medals and trophies presented in recognition of their hard work and dedication.
