Our kindergarteners had a fun-filled and insightful Nutrition Day celebration that introduced them to the world of healthy eating through engaging, hands-on activities.
With a colourful display of fruits, vegetables, sprouts, salads, cooked meals, and packaged foods, children learned to identify what’s healthy and what’s best avoided. Guided by their teachers, they explored the importance of balanced meals and good eating habits in a playful, interactive way.
Through storytelling, visual learning, and real food items, our young learners understood how healthy food helps us stay strong and energetic, all while having a wonderful time!
The joy on their faces as they recognised their favourite fruits and veggies was truly heartwarming.
