Celebrating Leadership Through Heritage: Second Day of Annual Function of The Emerald Heights World School of Classes III to V

23rd December 2025 witnessed a captivating and thought-provoking performance by students of Classes III to V, as part of the second day of the Annual Function at The Emerald Heights World School. The cultural presentation took the form of a powerful dance drama that brought to life the legacy of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar, a visionary ruler and one of India’s most respected historical figures.
 

The performance traced her extraordinary journey, from a young girl of wisdom and courage to a compassionate queen celebrated for justice, public welfare, and transformative governance. Each act unfolded her life with expressive choreography, rich narration, and stunning costumes, making the production not only visually enthralling but also deeply moving.

Parents and guests were visibly moved by the performance, applauding both the confidence of the young performers and the educational value of the theme. The programme offered a meaningful learning experience that highlighted the rich heritage of the Malwa region, while reinforcing timeless values of leadership, integrity, and service.
